Travel Expenses
Option 1: Client
will provide air tickets, number of sleeping rooms necessary at site,
plus cost of ground transportation, meals and tips, plus shipment
of any required materials. Speakers to provide receipts within one
week of travel completion.
Option 2: "Turnkey".
Client makes and pays for speakers' sleeping
room and meals at site. Speaker purchases air tickets and pays all
miscellaneous expenses and travel to and from the airport. Client
pays
a flat fee for these expenses as follows: Turnkey amount
